Shiro Shoyu
Our white soy and one of our most sought-after products, made in the spirit of classic Japanese shoyu using only Nordic ingredients. It is a meticulous, time-consuming process that creates a unique batch each time, usually once a year.
Beef Dust
A byproduct of our Beef Garum that lets us explore new flavors while minimizing waste. It is a savory seasoning used to boost meaty depth in everything from burgers and sauces to chips.
Scallop Garum
One of our most exclusive products, made with hand-dived scallops from Dundrun. It captures the raw sweetness of scallops alongside roasted and caramelized notes.
Burnt Carrot Miso
Made with 'ugly' carrots from Vold Gård that might otherwise be discarded or used for animal feed. The result is a unique miso with sweet, smoky, umami depth.
