Mikael Svensson

Mikael leads the kitchen at Kontrast, a two Michelin Star restaurant in Oslo. His cooking blends modern Nordic technique with seasonality and sustainability. Kontrast was awarded a Michelin Green Star through it's involvement with b.culture.

John E. Njoki

John E. Njoki

John works in branding and communications and created the b.culture name, logo, and much of the brand's visual identity. He helps shape how the brand looks, feels, and speaks.
